    • In its original packaging with all tags intact.

    • Free from any damage, stains, or odors.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Provide Details: In your communication, please include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A clear description of the issue (e.g., “Received incorrect design,” “Color different from order”).

    • Photographs of the product received, highlighting the discrepancy.

  3. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  4. Shipping the Product Back: Once authorized, securely pack the product and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. The cost of return shipping for incorrect items will be covered by Khaddarvirsa.

  5. Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

    • If the return is approved, we will either dispatch the correct product to you (exchange) or process a full refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference and product availability.
